Uitbreiding onderstation Barneveld

To create additional power capacity, the existing substation in Barneveld has been converted from 50/10kV to 20/10kVRS capacity. The substation was expanded on two sides with new energy distribution stations in 2020 . On behalf of Hegeman Holding BV, JAZO supplied and installed the shielding, access and ventilation for these stations. A job that was tailor-made for us. Read along!

Making technology function for what it is intended. That is only possible when everything has really been thought of. Properly shielding technical areas is part of this. The doors for the substation were supplied in accordance with the regulations of the Liander energy company. And now let us know all about it at JAZO! For example, we equipped a number of doors with an explosion panel and/or safety ventilation grilles type HS-27R. And a number of doors have been given WK-2 burglar-resistant facilities and a removable intermediate calf.
